Return & Refund Policy – O’Neill Help

Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging (tags, boxes, etc.).
  • Returns due to quality issues (manufacturing defects or damage that occurred before you received the item) are also accepted.

Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer do not qualify for return.

Return Shipping & Fees
Returns are free for eligible items. We provide a prepaid return label upon request. We do not charge any restocking fee.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Timing
After we process the refund, your bank or credit card issuer may take an additional 7–10 business days to reflect the credit in your account. This timeline is outside our control.
